Unable to use at all. Update required upon attempting to open app but it won't update. Also, unable to reinstall after full uninstall. Able to both update and install other apps okay. --Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 --South Central U.S.
1st time downloading it AND while I was in the cab! I hailed the cab on the street, downloaded it in the car and set it up. It worked perfectly!! I was running late for the airport and every minute counted. I was able to check in and pay before I even got out. Everything was a breeze!! I hate to use Lyft or Uber in New York City because that's a taxi town! Arro makes cabs competitive with those platforms. Thank you ARRO!!!!!
Can't get a code to verify my phone number after I signed up
This app NEVER works!
Very awkward app. You have to force close it often to get it to let you book taxi. Out of 4 attempts, 0 we're successful. Finally hailed a cab the o'l fashioned way.
What a piece of garbage. App doesn't give you any idea of how long you'll wait. Watched the supposed taxi not move, then suddenly jump six blocks but never get closer to me. Cancelled after waiting 15 minutes and got charged a cancellation fee. That's how they make their money.
Crashes on Android. User experience not great - need to set tip to work.
Doesn't even send a confirmation text. Useless.
Can't even register. Hard uninstall.
